Burma 1st to 23rd February 2016
- Sarah and I fly from Heathrow to Bangkok on 1st February and then on to Mandalay.
- From 4th to 7th February we are in and around Myitkyina in Kachin State North Burma.
- Until 10th February we are in Mandalay and around central Burma up to the Chindwin river.
- We arrive in Bagan 10th February and have a balloon ride on the 11th.
- From11th to 15th February we are at Inle Lake.
- We will have completed the full length of the Irrawaddy river when we arrive in Rangoon on 15th February.
- On 18th February we arrive at Kyaiktiyo town for a visit to the Golden Rock Pagoda.
- We are in Moulmein from 19th to 22nd February.
- On 22nd February we return to Rangoon for a flight to Bangkok.
- We fly from Bangkok to Heathrow arriving on 23rd February.
